Over $700,000 in Scholarships – Empowering Dreams at CCA!

Thanks to the incredible support from our community and generous donors, the Community College of Aurora Foundation secured over $700,000 in scholarships this past year! These scholarships are making dreams a reality for students like Eunese Downs and Akelia Reddie, who shared their inspiring stories at our recent Beyond Scholarship Breakfast. Moments like these remind us of the power of education and community.

Supporting Aurora Chapter of NAACP

The Aurora Branch of the NAACP hosted a group of fathers and community leaders to discuss the upcoming elections. The topics included economic development, education, and, most of all, voting. Community College of Aurora Partners With Colorado School of Mines

Our Community College of Aurora students are outstanding! Last week, students wrapped up a summer program with the Colorado School of Mines Rocky Mountain Industrial Assessment Center to provide energy audits and saving recommendations for Colorado manufacturers and commercial buildings. Running for Mental Health Awareness

Dr. Mordecai completed the Urban Leadership Foundation of Colorado's "Run for Your Mind" 5K at Town Center at Aurora in 43 minutes and 36 seconds! This run promotes mental health awareness and resources within the Black/African-American Community. ❤️
